Costco Anywhere Visa® Business Card by Citi 

This credit card earns cash back with every purchase. Get 4% cash back on the first $7,000 spent on eligible gas purchases annually (1% after that). It does report to business credit as well, but they generally require a personal credit check and will always report to personal credit.
