Credit Suite Email Whitelist Instructions

Since your Email Provider probably uses some type of overzealous filtering; We ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. All also known as "Whitelisting."

If you do not see an email from [email protected] in your Inbox, our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder.

Please open your spam folder and if you find an email from Credit Suite, Ty Crandall, or [email protected] open it and mark it as "Not spam"...

Create a filter rule to keep desired email out of spam

Gmail’s filters provide a lot of useful ways to manage your email and one of those ways is to set a rule to prevent email from a specific email address from going to your spam folder. Filters are the closest thing Gmail has to a “safe sender” or “whitelist”.

  • In the From field, enter the sender email address
  • At the bottom of the search window, click Create filter
