Since beginning her HR career in 1999, she has developed deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workplace culture, partnering with leadership and employees to cultivate engaged, high-performing work environments. Melissa holds dual HR certifications—PHR from HRCI and SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management—and graduated magna cum laude from Rollins College with a degree in Organizational Behavior.
